How about you figure out a better way to give those of us who lost out things that your server problems caused.  It creates an unbalance when those who come home for work and have a few hours to play and cannot play, which does not affect everyone the same.   

Say I am in Brazil and I cannot play after work at all, but someone who is in Germany who is 8 hours ahead is already in bed (vast majority) or any other eastern european country and the servers being down does effect them the same way as it does those in Brazil, Canada, USA, etc.....

FIgure out a way to properly compensate us.  Just like when you guys scre wed up the rewards for that one tourney, you said you couldnt give out that many sapphires because it would cause a game imbalance.  What is the difference here.  It may be a smaller scale but it is the same thing.
