How about including Adamantine in the caravan exchange and Gifting  so those with Over flowing  adamantine and No soulstones Can send it to Players that can use it. Or exchange it for A resource they do need. 

Or instead of that Make a Soulstone Building in the Stoneheart castle to Maintain Balance with their Adamantine Production?
