coalition chat stays for like a week there

I'm not sure what you mean? If it stays there for a week, it probably means you don't use it on a daily basis. 

We do - as I'm sure other leagues do. 

Clearing it down on a daily basis is a bad idea for leagues who actively use that chat option. 

What's the difference between a message that's a few days old and a blank chat screen? Both of them indicate that it's not being used. 

I really don't see the problem here. 

the difference is in the sensitive data sometimes being shared by a player unknowingly of the plans 

but well u are right , it might be that not all the other leagues might want this
