Can we have it to where spy reports show what spirit wardens are in a castle?
Really annoying to lose thieves to what appears to be an empty castle.

I think it is by design -- look at the on-line help.
Since the Castle perks do not affect Spirit Wardens the only thing that comes to mind is that they reside outside of the castle, and therefore protects the inhabitants first, and therefore a Spy which looks inside of the castle does not see them.

As they are intended to not be able to be spied I'm going to say that won't be an option.

So a free item that can be trained with res can wipe out something you can only get from the black market with sapphires and there is no way to know... Genius.

Hello, Lords. As it was mentioned above, it's a feature that Spirit Wardens aren't shown in spy reports. That's why they called "Traps".
I don't think we will change their mechanics.

One could say it gives balance in that it's open to every player to develop the spirit units.
I will say it's different to see a complaint on a feature that gives non coining players a little protection from units that maybe out of their ability to purchase.
But as in all things there will be those that hate a feature and there will be some that love it .
