Почему при грабеже чужого полиса кого то грабеж прохождит быстро, а у другого -  долго? От чего зависит время сражения?

From my experience, I can say that the battle time depends greatly on how well trained your troops are and how quickly you learn new strategies. For example, at the beginning, I could not cope with strong opponents for a long time, but after upgrading and acquiring new troops, the battles became faster

Hello. The raiding time depends on many factors, such as Capital disciplines for unit speed,  Academy tree  for unit speed, and labor's shop of our coalition, as my screenshot shows.
