The usual troubleshooting is to reboot your PC, check your internet speed, reset your Plarium Play cache, and if you still have the issue, it is better to uninstall the Plarium Play app and install it again. still not working for me. imac 24 inch m1 2021 model. apple m1 8 gb memory sonoma 14.2. reinstalled and still get white screen. wish there was a fix so i could get rid of second computer on. my desk.

Why not try to install the Plarium Play launcher, one more time, by clicking here? If it won't work, please contact the Support by clicking here . If you submitted the ticket already to Support and got no reply, I want the number of your ticket to forward it to the Managers.
ran download from your post no success. so my game stats up with black screen and turns white and stops there submitted many tickets with issue but had no success i thinks its beyond there help and beliieve its an apple issue.but i wont give up yet.
Archon, there is no need to apply for multiple tickets as every ticket is considered a separate case, so you give more unnecessary work to the Support. If you submitted your first Ticket correctly, you should be able to see the Support's automated reply to your email account, saying that they received your ticket and a Support agent will contact you shortly, as my screenshot shows. If there is no automated reply, even in your email's Spam folder, it means you didn't submit your ticket correctly and you should submit it again. If you did receive the autoreply, read it carefully in case they ask you to give them more info. The automated reply has a number, so, if you didn't get an official reply from Support after 7 days from the moment you successfully submitted your ticket, I want this number, the date you submitted the ticket, and your Plarium Play ID, so I will forward it to the CM to check it, but only if your ticket wasn't be answered after 7 days of waiting
First it went to 99 percent and stopped. Then, following advice, I reset cache. Now it doesn't remember who I am and wants to start me as a new player. I am level 135 and have played seven years. Eron is my call name and I am with Fawkes. The old email is incorrect because I no longer have that email. I can't find anywhere to talk/type with someone. It wants to reinstall me as a brand new player!

never had this black / white screen matter, until you fixed it, Now I get it multi times a day. really interfers with game play.
