In the ongoing Capture The Flag-there is a buff setting to apply to your coalition.
It is the "Max Raids +15 buff.
When applied, does this buff give coalition members an extra 5 raids (10 daily + 5 extra)..or does it give an additional 15 raids for a total of 25 raids?

Hello Archon,
As RIX mentioned above it's +5 extra raids per buff. So if you apply 3 buffs on raids you will have +15 raids, that will be 25 raids per day in total.
Not bad at all for top raiders or for members who raid a lot. 
Raids and boosts on resource production are worth it the most in my opinion.
At least that's what I choose for my coalition when we are not at war!
But when we are at war things are a bit different and I choose to increase phalanx and cavarly offense and my phalanx and cavalry defense if my coalition is attacked.
