Please reconsider this problem, because it really spoiled the view.

most of the browser game has ability to choose a coordinated area, that cost something to transfer your city, hope there something like that so people can choose to stay as coali area or stay far from trouble.

I agree we should be able to move city to bring closer to the coal itself. 

I agree also, moving city option is a must in this game!

I agree. my coalition is too far away. I would love to move my city and call a transport company :) i'm a female archon...^^

For sure we need the ability to move our city even if its in little steps. Then everyone will be clustered together so we don't have to search the whole map for targets. It would also encourage people to join guilds for mutual defense.'if u have to make it a scroll item if u get all 20 scrolls u unlock teleport city 10 miles in any direction usable one time per day kinda deal. Also i feel u should make cities with some sort of health bar when u take hits u get downgraded a bit if your besieged more than 2 weeks straight make city crumble and disappear this would open up a slot for a new city and would also clear out some of these inactive players. If that player comes back let them respawn in a new location. That is just a few takes on things for now.
