every coalition member receives a reward pack as soon as the necessary mission points are reached. A standard or larger coalition will usually complete the mission, therefore every member receives all four packs: basic, standard, exclusive and elite. I haven't paid much attention to any delay, but if there is one at all, it certainly isn't an hour, perhaps a few seconds.

Timed my last pack (our coalition only gets one or two per event), it took 4 hours to show up. :)

Not a problem, Ike. A few more of my mod colleagues will be on tomorrow, perhaps one of them has experienced this issue and has a suggestion. You could perhaps create a small time table with screenshots when this occurs during the next coaliton mission, Customer Support (if it comes to creating a ticket) is always thankful for any details.

Hello Ike,

There is a way to message your whole coalition in-game (if you are referring to in-game messages on your comment above).

When you click on the messages icon and you get the messages board click on the compose message button: http://prntscr.com/ejsal9

Click on the coalition tab and this window pops up: http://prntscr.com/ejsaxx

Select whatever rank you want this message to be delivered to, or unselect the rank or ranks you don't want to see this message (personally I unselect the scholars when I send coalition messages), click send to all, type your message and when you are done click ok.

That way your message will be sent to the whole coalition (if you have selected all the ranks that are there).

Rewards are given out as earned, it's not a tournament; as soon as a specific threshold is reached, the awards are disbursed to all coalition members.

And the standard pack showed up overnight, sometime between 10 and 20 hours after I had earned it. I don't think these packs can be from the current coalition event, since I have 0 points in the event that's been going on while I have eventually received the two packs. So they have to be from the previous event, no?

Yes depends on your rank. Only polemarchs and hegemons can send coalition messages. Not sure if this is a setting that can be changed by the heg so that lower ranks such as commandants can send coalition messages or if that is a standard feature from Plarium.

Don't really remember a setting like that back when I was heg of my coalition.
