Regarding the signing speed function in the Academy, I saw there is 2 signing speed where each at 20 level max. How does these two serve the purpose? Does it application to agreement updating speed as well too? Does each signing speed serve different category or level of unit? Let say the 1st signing speed just functioning for the light infantry only and the 2nd signing speed only functioning for the heavy and level above infantry type?

Hi! These two 'skills' in the Academy serve the same purpose. They work for both: signing and Upgrading the Agreements. Moreover, they can be stacked. If you max them both, you will receive a higher bonus.
