The elite rewards from coa missions are not showing up untill already expired.

I play on main site and facebook server. I ve had this happen on both, and have had other coa members tell me they have too.

The only "proof" I can really provide is this screen shot, and to say that I login and check for these every single day usually more than once a day. Also, where are the other first 3 packs that go along with all the elite packs? I obviously was able to receive and open those, so why not these? This is a lot of items and troops that I would really like to receive!
