I have the same problem. It looks, my Armor Games account called Ignacz77 is mapped to another Plarium account called Kleonter.

Could somebody resolve this problem?

Could you please specify what happened? How did you login to Armor games? Through FB or your own email and password?

What happened exactly? Did you lose your AG account, or did it create a new City for you? Also please give your City coordinates or game ID.

Also I suggest that you contact our Support Team so they could investigate that.

Yes, my armorgames (AG) account still there, I can access it nayway, I can even look my city in the map as a guest, my name there is "anyoneww". I will tell you the history as I saw that culminate in this issue.

First you create an account in armorgames.com, and play games there, and find "Sparta - War of Empires". To play the game, all you need is just log again in your armorgames account in the famous page "http://armorgames.com/sparta-war-of-empires-game/17963?in=eyJpIjoxOTc1NDYwMCwicyI6MCwidCI6MiwibCI6MSwidSI6Imh0dHA6Ly9hcm1vcmdhbWVzLmNvbS9zcGFydGEtd2FyLW9mLWVtcGlyZXMtZ2FtZS8xNzk2MyJ9LjYxMTBlNjZkNDJjNGNkMzE0NDI3OWVlNTk1MjlmZjc10" page and you will directly open sparta and your respectively city. Thats what always happen, but some hours ago something happened and when you log again in AG to access your city in the famous page, you start to play as a guess, as your account had been deleted. Thats what other hundred or thousands of players feels like. See some coments in this famous page above:

As you can see, is not just log directly from plarium.

There is another different thing, the top side of the game with "Plarium - about - games - community - media" become different as usually,

that make me believe that armorgames did a kind of update that denied the auto login in the city and created this issue.

I dont remember if in the begining (january) armorgames asked us some personal data to start, I dont think so. By the way, our AG account have an e-mail and this e-mail doesnt work to log in my Plarium Account. I never used FB (Facebook) to log. I will try call the people from the coments to visit here, and I will also request the support. Thanks.
