Today I've won a competition with my team but the prize didn't arrive yet.. Furthermore I often reach a goal but I don't get my compensation of Dracme. Why does it happen? What am I supposed to do?

All new players whoare still not 7 days in league won't win reward.. that is probably problem, you can participate but your reward you can get only if you are loyal member(to be loyal member you must be 7 days in league).
