Hi, I want to someone shed light on recent explosion of capital leveling.

Before people stopped at lvl 13, as 12 downgraded lvl 11 and that's about it.

but how do you get up to lvl 15+? currently highest is lvl 18....

first I thought people downgrade each other and then upgrade as they completed quest, but... once u get downgraded u have to still do previous quest to upgrade again, so this doesn't work

another thing coming to my mind is chain of dummy capitals, starting from few at lvl 8

so:

capital - level

A - 8

B - 9

C - 10

D - 11

E - 12

F - 13

G - 14

H - 15

so if capital XX needs to be upgraded to lvl 17 from 16, he will kill capital H

for another coalition to use same, capital H needs to upgrade itself back to 15 so have to kill capital G

and so on chain would repeat...

once u get all the way down u need to upgrade first capital A to lvl 8 spent cash everytime for tools+insta upgrade, do same for B and so on all they way to H

so someone can downgrade H yet again

it would require quite lot of cash

or is there some exploit again? and after 5-10 coalitions will be at lvl 20 we will get patch notes, that undesirable behavior of coalition capitals leveling was fixed and and its all good now...

except rest of coalition will be stuck at 10-13.

so any ideas people?
