Can't open the game

I already cleared cache but still no effect. When I tried to contact support it says I have to indicate my coordinates but i didn't memorize it. It doesn't accept my User ID on the forum either.

Arcon, Please try to clear caches / history in browser or try to enter in game on some other browser, there are some changes about Flash Player (you can read about that Topic:News and Announcements; Post:Attention! Changes To Adobe Flash Player!), maybe that is problem.

If nothing helps, Please submit your request/problem or bug-report to http://support.plarium.com/ensparta/Tickets/Submit/Step1/52 so that Plarium team could investigate these issues and better assist you in resolving problem.

Archon, Please do update the screenshot. It seems it's broken and I cannot see it.



Moreover, since you mentioned you did not memorize your cords or anything that can help you out of what the support asked you, did you make any payments so you can give them your receipt instead and in that way find your cords?

Thanks. I already cleared cache and tried in different browsers but not yet solved and when I tried to submit a ticket, they're asking for my coords. Unfortunately I didn't memorize it.  :(

Archon, you do not have a contact game either via facebook, or elsewhere to help you with the coordinates of the game
