Currently you can change only your City's name and that´s free.

Archon if you want to change your name game is totally free mind, to change one must go to the profile, by clicking your name then just follow the step image and ready

Hello Archon,

To change your ingame city name, just click on it (on the top dashboard).

It won't change your forum name (this one is your account name and can be changed from your profile, using the "edit" link as FastRed explained above).
