I agree with Enello (s.a.), a coalition will be very helpful in supplying you with needed tips and how-to’s. Also, play the Tutorial Quests (the “Sword and Laurel” icon screen left). For the first four to six weeks, this tutorial will give you very useful tips as to what to build or upgrade next.

Also, I would advise you to keep your drachmas for something worth buying (you never realize how precious they are when you start playing!), that is a second builder/workman or whatever they call it. Though it looks pretty expensive, the first one, for 1500 drachmas, is definitely worth it.

If the gods show you favour, you might even get a special offer (-20 to 60%), watch out...

(very rare though )
