i have been a part of my coa for almost 60 days.  However every time a coa tournament is available i am unable to collect rewards.  It says that i have not been a coa member long enough and i cannot collect until i become a full fledged coa member.  i am currently third in command and do not understand why this is happening.  Plarium has not been to helpful in rectifying this issue for me.  Any suggestions, anyone know if i am doing something wrong or how I can fix it?
