good question

1) the game is heavy to load;

2) the game is full of mega BUG;

3) graphically it is annoying to the sight;

4) if this is a beta, please let us play whoever wants, and not unaware players of this ....

Me han cambiado la versión del juego por la cara, no me lo han consultado.

No carga, cuando lo hace la ciudad se queda negra. Si consigo llegar al mapa no me deja enviar unidades.

He probado distintos navegadores y con ninguno he conseguido jugar medio bien. La aplicacion esa para pc, "Plarium game", no me funciona tampoco.

Quiero que me vuelvan a dejar la versión anterior. Es infumable esta.

We are all having the same issues. Even when we met their min requirement for webGL, the game does not load. Is everybody facing this problem a level 50 above on their city. It seems the lower level cities are not on webGL so they face no problem.

Please I want the previous version back

La version desktop solo funciona para 64 bits. Los que tenemos 32 que hacemos ? Mejor seria que consultarais antes de cambiarnos a la basura de nueva version.....

Sir, I am deeply offended. I also know how to do ctrl x, alt f4, and ctrl alt del! 

For those affected, your IDs have been forward to our devs for further investigation. The problem seems to affect mostly 32-bit systems and even then only a fraction of them. Devs are looking into it to see what may be the case.

Same problem here, stops loading at 72%.  Support has been responsive, so kudos to them.  However, problem has not been resolved.  Works on a Mac Book, but graphics and response are poor to say the least.  My understanding is that not all accounts have been moved to WebGL. Hopefully there will be resolution as not everyone can download the desktop version.
