This also happened to me when someone else had repaired one of the towers before me. Just refresh the page.

The problem is solved ?

No there is't. Once more I refreshed the page but tower stays ruined.

Are you sure this player is in your friend list ?

Did you ask him if he saw his towers repaired ?

I have the same problem, I can not repair towers for most of my friends, but there are a few where I could.

I play on plairum, the glorious valley and use Chrome.

I have cleared cache and deleted all history.

 I noticed this first shortly after the major upgrade.

One of my colleagues pointed out this problem and I just checked. When you are on the beta it is impossible to repair a friend's towers.

As Agent Helga says, you need to know if you are on the beta by checking the link.

Mine is game-webgl. So, my game is on Beta. 

But last night after many days of experimenting I think I succeeded to fix towers(but I may be wrong). It works like that. Each tower has a tiny spot that needs to be hit(clicked on it). Sometimes it is enough just 3 clicks, but usually it takes up to 10-15 clicks. If tower is fixed jumps out the tab 'error, you already fixed tower for this player..' but sometimes there is no tab. To see if tower if fixed(I can't see straight away that I fixed it) first I'm going to map, then entering that city again.. and tower is fixed. 

That clicking gets on my nerve, but at least I can do something to my friends and coa.

this bug is not repair since the begin of beta version. I think it is not posible to repair friend tower. Because If you take a look on the map.

It is possiblre to ask every cities to be your friend even cities already in our friend list.

I'm software developper ..... What does Quallity Assurance of plarium about this game ? 

People are forced to play on beta ... and basic quality is not be here !

I would be ashamed if I was in the place at developper !

Now you 'll move other people ! Are you serious ? 

Fix  minor bugs before to force people to move to this new bug engine !
