Plarium treats you like a CUSTOMER or...

I think Plarium need to be reminded that we are all customers, not the enemy. In order to keep customers coming back you have to treat them like kings and queens. The number one saying is the customer is always right, I dont thing Plarium has ever admitted that the customer was right more than 20 time out of 10000000. When someone quits the game 90-% of the time it because they are mad at Plarium, not that they dont have the time to play. Instead Plarium customer support should come here in the forum and read all of the compliant. 


On a scale of 1-10     TEN being the best at treating the customer good and ONE  being the trash they take out  ....... I would put Plarium at a 2 

WHAT DO THE REST OF YOU RATE PLARIUM AT

Honestly they are not too bad. I had an issue once and they were pretty nice about it. After dealing with bigger companies like Blizzard and such where support tickets just go into a black hole I can say I was relatively satisfied.
