Most people starting to play would agree, That limiting a member say of level 100 to only be able to attack a member 10 to 15 levels below them.but yet a lower level member could attack a higher level member. I have seen member 25  levels above another member and keep attacking, That discourages the lower level member to want to quit. i know it`s a hardcore game but lower level players don`t have any chance.

I am lvl 100

and I am attacked by players lvl 20 to lvl 50 for political attacks

destroy my resource production 

and it gets from the pvp tournament of the coalition only for 200 points per player 20 pieces

and what to do they don't have the resources that city nor anything pays to attack them
