The developers have taken away the time, after sending a mission, that you once had to cancel your mission, for free. Now you must use an "instant Recall" to cancel the mission. This removes a very important opportunity to coordinate your attack with a spy mission. By sending my spy and seeing how long it takes I could coordinate my attack to arrive 20 sec after the spy arrived. That allowed just enough time to cancel the attack if the target defended since the last spy report. I say return to the time you once had before you had to use instant recall.
