Pantheons have been an integral part of this game. Absolutely the best way to get PVP's.   Now most are not maintaining Pans, or only keeping them at LVL 1 since it costs a lot to lvl to 5 all the time, after hits.   So, with the Pans becoming more and more of a non-item in the game, that leaves only hitting each others city, which can't be done by middle to lower players, cause they'd get killed by the bigger ones. One answer would be to greatly lower the cost of leveling them. After all, the intent is to burn troops, and without pan attacks, there's going to be a lot less raids and losses. Any other ideas would be grateful.  Oh, if you don't understand, just look at the Pan/Capital map. The pans that are occupied are mostly lvl 1.   Tried raiding Pans this week, and it only took a couple hits and they were gone, so many members wasted "Enhancers" because they ran out of targets.
