They meant facebook version of the game. Plarium.com portal version is way... WAY behind.
There are up to 15 dominion lvls in facebook version.

In last update we can read this.

- From now on, bonuses from Offense Enhancers and Defense Enhancers will not stack with the bonuses from the "Offense and Defense +50%" Item. Only the bonuses from the Item that was activated last will be applied.

Could you please clarify the purpose with the Phylarque OFF/DEF and the General. Are they cumulative or not.

Could you please provide a list of the combinations that are cumulative and those which are not ?

This is specifically referring to these two types of enhancers:

 - 50% Offense and Defense

 - the usual 10/20% Offense or Defense Enhancer.

The "normal" Enhancer bonuses do not stack, but until now they would stack with the special 50% Off/Def. Everything else should be cumulative unless stated otherwise.

In regards to Dominion level 11, that bugfix note was put here by mistake, please disregard it. 

Recently received message that I had reached "Raid Resource Limit" of 50,000 in 7 days. How could this be that means only mybe 1 raid per week. I have been told thta it is for the balance of the Game . It cant be that low ........alos recenlty Palarium offered additional raids to keep us playing during the Holiday once it was an extrat 20 raids then an exra 10 Raids. I think you forgot to adkust the Resource limit for these changes.

I can't believe that there are so many bugs to fix in this game.

You haven't made a game change in a VERY long time, yet, almost every week you find and fix bugs.

How does this make sense?

Are you sure you aren't breaking things as you are fixing things?
