If your City is above Level 105 and you purchase Mythic Progress Pack, then you will be able to claim 140,000 Drachmas instantly for the previously reached Levels (Levels 81 - 105).  

However, if your City is e.g of Level 118 and you purchase Divide Progress Pack, you will be able to claim the rewards only for Level 115 and Level 118 right after the purchase. As soon as you reach Level 120, the reward of 40,000 will be available for claim, etc. 

Thank you for the reply. If you get a progress pack and receive 50,000 drachmas because your city is already at the maximum level for the pack does that count as a purchase of 50,000 drachmas which would entitle you to the monthly chronos mission reward which would give you an extra 20,000 drachmas?
