Endless clicking for small improvements or paying a lot of money for huge advantages over non-coiners.

when it's over 

for example, 25 of those I take a prize

so starting from 0 I get another unit

When you finish a puzzle you will be able to collect it again. 

Every time you complete the Puzzle after the first, you receive:
1000 Units corresponding to the Puzzle.

For each duplicated piece get 10 more units of the puzzle's unit ? No, It seems that you get 10 more units if you have at least one duplicate piece but no more if you have more than one dublicated pieces.

 For each duplicated piece, you should receive 10 units of the puzzle's unit.

I received 10 units more for the first duplicated and no more for the others duplicated.

 They should have been sent to your Acropolis. However, if you are sure that you didn't receive units for the duplicated puzzles, please contact our technical support here.

Hi, I am level 41 and it looks like I cannot access to the cult of ares, is there any lvl required to access ?

The feature is available to Archons that are Level 50 or higher. Archons below Level 50 can still receive Tablets as Rewards, but can only decipher them after reaching Level 50 and making contact with the Cult of Ares.
