You are right on all youre points , but we are speaking with the walls ..

On the problem you had with the maintenance i also had and suggest them to announce in game the next time ..but of course i was speaking with walls..because theirs answers was sometime it's not planificated..and can't a least announce us 10 minutes earlier in game ..but they annouce us about that worthless chat all the time :(

This lag problem it's for like 4 or 5 days and they don't do nothing ...and of course we users have to lose ..

The tournaments rewards are an joke , decor discounts didn't come for ages , the healer comes if we are lucky once a two weeks,compesation we don't get for the problems withs servers--don't forget this it's not  the first time this lag  happened in last two months or so ..."good" way to keep youre coustomers happy plarium ..

I don't think all theirs revenue cames only from facebook users ..so  they should ..do something ...and do it fast

I don't know why you people always mention the facebook plarium servers?

The facebook plarium servers are "OWNED" by FACEBOOK! Only the content is managed by Plarium. That's the reason why the facebook servers from this game run's smoothly and without any problems. It's a shame that a company like Plarium, which was sold for 500 mil. dollars are not able to run his own servers in a correct manner .. or better say to solve the problem in 1 or maybe 2 days.

Thank you buddy, but i think the support knows exactly that his servers are completely utilization exceeded. It's just shameful that no one informs the players about it and the support thinks we players are maybe all fools. As well as it seams they are unable to solve the problem!!

Sorry .. but i'll check this out for few more days. But if again nothing happen from Plarium, i'll support in the future other gaming platforms and will not put any single coin in this one again.

-I have had no less that 15 messages from my coalition members ranging from game lag, to losing troops to porn messages!

-Almost each has left messages stating they will not be playing due to these issues. Members who purchase small packages have stated they can not  in good faith keep spending money on something that is so obviously broken.

-I have asked members to submit trouble tickets for game lag, missing troops (I sent out 3 raids this morning-150 Scythians still haven't reported back to my city...yes, I have cleared cache and even re-booted) 

-Submitting trouble tickets with Aristocrat/Plarium according to my members is "pointless as they do nothing"

-Apologies, not my words, but my coalition members words!

In your rush to re-coup your 500 million dollar investment, what you should have done is to make the platforms "Playable"-that means taking stock of the hosting companies hosting your game platforms and insuring that a group of server clusters have adequate load balancing in peak times!

-It means before making any changes, you change it in the 'sand box", the "test" environment, the virtual environment utilizing VmWare ESXi servers.

-I sign in on my corporate network through a VPN to a series of test servers-Both Windows and Red Hat Linux all being hosted on a VMWare ESXi host..to "test" patches, updated applications etc..

Why can't you do this? 

Please feel free to contact me to set up a Service Level Agreement (SLA) where I will "test" new developments for you and submit reports of the testing.

Yes..we are laughing now-but in reality, it's sad. The PaaS (Platform As A Service), SaaS (Software As A Service)...all Service Level Agreements in my professional opinion are write-offs to a company like Aristocrat. Sure, they develop the games/platforms, then they hand them out to the lowest bidder to host them. It "should" be a headache free environment, provided you are watching the companies that host your application.  

But, I digress, I don't think this is being done, both on the providers side and on Aristocrat's side as well. One side is being paid to host the game, and possibly has other businesses they are hosting-so there is no single client they take care of, but many.

The other side is pushing updates to enhance the quarterly statements. Let's face it-this is a business. They just spent 500 Million dollars and they want to see an "uptick" in revenue. 

Someone asked why the Facebook platform doesn't have these issues? Well, its the same game, but its coded differently to run on Facebooks servers which by all accounts is "social networking" vs. your old .Com entities. 

Wireless- Cell phones, Tablets, Laptops all connect to social network platforms making them a very large place to put your game on...AND make money. There's like 6 Billion people on Facebook? How would you like to give out a free game and then charge $9.99 for a game package. If you got, In one week just 3% of people to join in and make a purchase-after you paid the devs and managers-your company is looking very, very profitable. We're not talking about looking at a Prius, we're looking at a Ferrari.

The dot Com sites are behind the curve because of this. All the Devs I know, don't even code for the dot Com's anymore-they all work on wireless solutions and social platforms and apps they can bundle for Android, IPhone and the like.

I sincerely hope we get these issues resolved.
