Receiving Lower Level Persian Positions

There seems to be a general rule that the lowest level persian positions you can get when new positions are given is based on the lowest level you currently have in your Oracle. Possibly this also depends on how long your lowest level has stayed unconquered. I can't figure out much more detail than that.

So, I will ask a specific question. If the lowest level position you haven't won, is 21 (and the highest position is in the triple digits), can you ever get a position below 21 again?

Even more specifically, in that situation, can you ever get positions in the 11-20 range?

Yes, definitely, but as you go higher in level, you will see fewer lower level positions in your oracle.

Exactly.

Alfred E. Neuman, if you want an example, one of my friends has arrived at the maximum position. Its lowest position is on level 89.

The system usually allows a certain number of positions in each level bracket, including the lowest one. However, if you knock all of the low-level positions out and skip many of the higher level ones (only hitting the last available level to progress) this will likely put your Oracle on, or close to the maximum number of positions available. When that happens, seeing lower level positions will be made more difficult as you would need to clear a large number of them out to free up "space" for those low-level positions to refresh.

When the system replace the cleared position ?

Sometimes i clear 2,5, 10 etc positions and the system replace all with new at midnight UTC

Sometimes i clear 2,5, 10 etc positions and the system replace some of them or none why ?

Depends on the overall number of Persian Positions available to you at the time. They can reach the overall limits of Positions in the Oracle, then they will not be refreshed, you also may have cleared Positions from "brackets" that are also overfilled and will not receive new Positions until they fall below the maximum available number. The system can be quite tricky.

OK, it's good to know it is a permanently hopeless situation.

OK. That is sort of correlating with some of my experiments to influence the number of positions within certain ranges (brackets)

(See https://plarium.com/forum/en/sparta-war-of-empires/game-discussion/98017_equipment-drop-rate/)

It seems that the brackets are in 20 level groups and subbrackets within 10 and 5 level groups. The game seems to give you more positions of the higher levels within a bracket or subbracket.

Sadly that is part of the information that cannot be shared. Alfred is correct about "brackets" in his post above, however, or at least is very close to it. Positions are indeed separated by level (the exact level of these brackets depends on a bunch of factors) and are refreshed for each "bracket" separately.
