Second, they can only manage the diplomatic status of their coalition, never of another to which they do not belong.

Write those players or their hegemon and clarify it.

Having seen this post - i wanted to add something to this thread.

We have also experienced something similar to this in our coalition.

We had a member join - he was new and given the rank of trainee.  Our policy on orich use is based on def kept in the panthions and capital. as he had placed 10 million defense in the pans, he was granted orich use and told what he was allowed to take.

The next day he asked for capital permissions - which of course were not granted to him.  He then used all orich from all our pans.  This happens when you recruit people - it is a risk.  What in interesting is our orich spending history report.

in the report you can see his rank changed twice.  He gave himself pole rank somehow.  I am the Hedge of our coalition, and only the hedge can grant this rank.

I assure you i was not online at the time and i did not give him any rank in any way at all.

here you can see his rank move from pole to commander and back to pole

when he was discovered and kicked by one of my poles - he had the rank of commander once again - a rank that my poles claim they did not grant

(and please remember - the rank of pole that he had before can only be granted by the hedge aka me)

The account in question is Kahuna - in case the screen shot is not obvious.

All other members of our coalition in all orich expenditure reports are accurate to their rank - and their rank does not change at all.  Only kahuna.

Elias, those are my closest friends who were dragging me into the game for months. Not to mention, same "mistake" made by different people about simultaneously? Do you beleive in that?

Is this just a bug of some sort?  Or is this similar to Sparta56560's issue. People being able to alter settings in game that we are told they have no access to.

The screenshots do not show what exactly happened in that battle. In any case, if you suspect cheating - you need to contact the Support team for them to investigate the matter in full. Whoever the player is, they are not one of our employees.

Your report says they broke alliance between you. If they are telling you that they didn't do that in purpose, that does not mean that they broke it somehow by mistake. 

For example, if I'm right, you can't attack your ally while he is stillyour ally so you get warning from the game ,, delete alliance first if you want to do this action'' , maybe they did this message from game and there could be possible bug. 

Man, I am one of "they". We cannot make the same "mistake" simultaneously. I have been 3 years in the game. I have not even opened the "alliance" box at least for 2-3 months. I simply did not have any reason for that. And the "mistakes" mysteriously happened after lvl 58 sparta56560 was attacked by a lvl 73 bully, we interfered and got attacked by a lvl95  bully.  Looks like some lady/s, with insiders' or hackers' backing

How about the perpetrators? Are they going to be booted?
