Second, they can only manage the diplomatic status of their coalition, never of another to which they do not belong.

Write those players or their hegemon and clarify it.

Elias, those are my closest friends who were dragging me into the game for months. Not to mention, same "mistake" made by different people about simultaneously? Do you beleive in that?

The account in question is Kahuna - in case the screen shot is not obvious.

All other members of our coalition in all orich expenditure reports are accurate to their rank - and their rank does not change at all.  Only kahuna.

Is this just a bug of some sort?  Or is this similar to Sparta56560's issue. People being able to alter settings in game that we are told they have no access to.

Your report says they broke alliance between you. If they are telling you that they didn't do that in purpose, that does not mean that they broke it somehow by mistake.

For example, if I'm right, you can't attack your ally while he is stillyour ally so you get warning from the game ,, delete alliance first if you want to do this action'' , maybe they did this message from game and there could be possible bug. 

Man, I am one of "they". We cannot make the same "mistake" simultaneously. I have been 3 years in the game. I have not even opened the "alliance" box at least for 2-3 months. I simply did not have any reason for that. And the "mistakes" mysteriously happened after lvl 58 sparta56560 was attacked by a lvl 73 bully, we interfered and got attacked by a lvl95  bully.  Looks like some lady/s, with insiders' or hackers' backing

Well in that case, i would recommend you to make ticket and report this to Support team, they will check every IP address logged into your account, if they find anything weirdthere they ill note you. If you believe someone hacked account, feel free to change email address or some passowrd or something. 

or second option is to contact one of our Agents and they will check your account (you will find them in Topic - Bug reports).

How about the perpetrators? Are they going to be booted?

Select "Report a violation" as an option.
