A further note: when the big checkmark appears in the lower left (to the right of the 'My Items' icons), it covers over the icon for coalition members asking for building aid. And that checkmark may remain there for hours, since it can offer 1 or 2 hours of domination, but for some reason, they don't go to your market, they are applied immediately. Thus, you have to wait till the most opportune time to take the bonus. You can check the coalitions icon on the right, but that is not nearly as clear. Thanks.
