Some players have this as a possible reward - but some groups only get a guardian of 7 stars

It is NOT available to everyone - you have to be lucky and land in a group that is offered this prize for first place ... and then it is ONLY available for a single person from that lucky group.

I must say i am very dissapointed in how palarium do not make a fair playing field for all players - if you are lucky you will get ahead - similar to the returning dead troops to the lucky ones that send offense and not players that defended - you have to be lucky and get placed in a group that get this offer.

Our crew have sent many messages to vip asking why this reward is not available to all players - no reply on this yet.

Rewards and compensation should be fair and available to all that participate - not just select groups

But thanks to Katia for bringing this to the attention of everyone - so many did not realize that there was gear offered in a previous tourney.

(I just wish it was available to everyone and based on participation - instead of requiring luck to be in a given group)

It is not available in all leagues, you do need to have luck on your side, but people in North America have all gone to work before the event starts.

When you are asked to start the race 5 to 8 hours after everyone else, you have zero chance of finishing first, and if you are in a league that offers the reward, you have to be number one to get the gear ? 

Is this considered fair and balanced by the development team ?

You need to be lucky enough to be placed in a league that has the reward, and then you need to be lucky enough to live in the right part of the world, or you can not have any of the new gear regardless of effort, time, or money spent on the event.

Banshee, to be on those tiers, on the Guardian's Duel tournament, that having a top reward, has nothing to do with luck . The game enlisted us to a tier, according to our previous performance in the duel tournaments. Either way, to be in those tiers doesn't mean that we can get the top price as it needs a lot of clicks and time. Let's say, to have the solo ongoing and to attack manually the warlords with 5-7 other fully upgraded guardians, in order to get more duel items. I won't have a go. I just let the players know, in case they want to grab the chance.  😉

 Apsis, when this duel was released, most of the Europian were working. There will be always someone that cannot participate. I have explained already that to be in a tier has to do with our previous performance to those Guardian duels.  I wasn't on the top tiers, but lately, I got the max rewards 2-3 times and a good ranking, so finally, I saw the light lol.  By the way, I wasn't working at this time of the release, that doesn't mean that I have the time to claim it. I do believe that after a time, those Divine equipment will be more available to the players. I will wait as it is no rush. We still have our Legendary items, and at the moment I didn't find a player having a Divine item stronger than our Legendary.🙂

AGAIN you are giving incorrect information.  Please check before you post things.

The tourney is divided into 6 different leagues and not all leagues have the same rewards.

Some players that have not participated in previous leagues at all (scored zero points) were placed in leagues that have the new generals gear as a reward, and some that participated to the point of earning the "ultimate reward" of a holy bond were placed in leagues that did not offer the new generals gear.

Previous preformance does not guarentee placement in the correct league. 

This has been confirmed by vip support, and we have been told that this feature is working as intended.

HOW DO YOU FIGURE THAT IT IS NOT LUCK BASED ?

Hello Banshee.   I'm speaking for each tier ranks, and not if someone gets the max duel rewards, as it doesn't mean always that the player will get a very good rank if the competition is high. let's say, I got the max rewards in the duel, but I'm 9th in my tier, and this isn't a good rank at all.  Also, if someone has no competition at all,  can have a better rank's reward with minimum effort.The game's mechanics are very complicated. Would you please send me a screenshot of the Support's reply? I'm really curious to read it and to give it to our manager to check it.                                                                                                       
     I don't know what you mean by saying VIP  the Plarium's Support. As I  know, the Support is the same for all the players, just the VIP players, in theory, have a priority to get a quick reply. I'm a VIP and a Mod, but sometimes I'm waiting for 5 days to get the Support's reply even if I use my VIP button. Do you have a different system for VIPs?

Hello Cloone. The tiers that I was into 2 servers, and had the divine coffer as top rankings rewards, had a lot of competitions. I got almost 9k Duels points and I was 5th.The one who got the coffer had to get 11k +  Duels points. Those Divine equipment are hard to get at the moment. By the way, to get a divine coffer doesn't mean that you will get a different item. Some got a  sword from their duel coffer. We should give time to this feature and I'm sure that we will get them all, one by one when they won't be so rare anymore. I have only my sword at the moment.

same problem gloone in my case. (they talk about the imbalance in the game, when it's them who create the imbalance, giving different rewards to ones than others)

also, These duels first started with 7.2k to get the holy bond and every time is more and more points to get it. another scam against players

 i want to believe that katia had no idea and that is why she opened this, that she had no intention to con players into fighting for something they were not going to get. because I am sure as new coma she is NOT going to come here with lies, i believe is plarium as usual giving bad info (even to her) or MAKING ERRORS in tournaments.. (sorry how can I say that, Plarium is perfect , never makes errors, Plarium don't have bugs, and don't ban me when I express my opinions)

The guardian overloard event is how many days long - to try and win generals gear you need to invest 100,000 + GEMS, and there is no way to tell if you can keep your place in the top 30

You have to give up participating in the new guardian tourney to be there, and you have to be lucky enough to land in a group that even offer the new gear.

The new gear is NOT available to everyone - only the top strongest players in sparta will get the new gear and become stronger.

They have changed the game to the point that no new players can participate in sparta - they can not even earn glory points to unlock phal or horse units :D

now the players that have been at it for years can not compete with the top few

no new players in sparta means no future for the game --- making it impossible for existing players to compete in sparta means more will abandon this silly game

who will they get to join and replace the lost troops?

The game developers and our forum moderators do not seem to understand what everyone is upsset about.

The forums are dead - the people that drive the game and keep us interested (coalitoin hedges) are all banned from here so we get no insite, questions answered, or assistance.

The game is loosing players by entire coallitions that move to new game platforms as a team.

We are angry with the lies - broken promises - tourney rewards that are revoked - troops that are restored free of charge for agressive top clans but not the rest - tourneys we can not participate in or win rewards.

And the moderators and game developers just keep denying there is an issue and keep cheating the player base.

Heck - we can not even invite new players to join sparta (not sure why we would do that to poor people) because the bugs they make and refuse to fix are stacking up.

And we still have daily and monthly cronos tasks we CAN NOT complete - as we pay for battle pass and what not.

Game is finished in my eyes.  I look at moving with my clan to a new platform if they can find something less broken than sparta

Hello all and thank you Kate for opening the discussion here. This thread is interesting to read and yes, I agree that would be nice to have same rewards for all leagues as we used to, but Plarium decided to change that and personally I don't think the changes are going to change back.

I asked you in another thread, to give me the names of the banned players who you think that were unfairly banned, and I promised you to forward the names to the manager to ask for a second chance. I didn't receive a single name. Moderators understand you perfectly, as we are gamers too. We ALWAYS  forward to the managers your frustrations along with ours. We are here to assist you as much we can.You are here and other players are here so, I don't understand what the banned players can achieve more.The player can ask for any assistance as individual players.Why a hedge have to do it on behalf of his players?  I'm sure that the Plarium team has a lot of specialists to watch the game, and do the right correction if there will be a need. All of my 7,5 years of playing, I'm reading the same thing that the game is dying, but still the game in here.I know that you are worried, but don't be. For us, it is only a game,  but for the Plarium's staffers is their job to feed their family, so they have good care for their games.  🙂                                

Change back from what? I didn't know Plarium based tournaments on a formula of past participation. 

Furthermore why should past participation even matter if someone can score w/e is needed for max reward?

Fortuna, I don't tell lies, especially over a game. I'm not a Plarium's stockholder nor am I getting money from being a mod. I'm a mod because I have reached all of my personal goals into the game, and I like to observe the game and share my observations with others. It doesn't mean that I'm always right, and I do learn from other players' observations. My post was to inform the players about the reward for those who had tiers with those rewards. Plus there were Divine coffers on the top rankings for  Overlords's supreme league. I always let the FB players know about these rewards, plus some advices to save their energy and their emeralds. it seems that the forum works differently. Thank you all, for your comments, I will keep them in my mind. If someone wants to join us on the FB Plarium pages, please feel free to do it, just let the mods know it. Have a nice game  all.

Gloone, the game is the same for me that is for you. Me, I can't get the Top level Holy since they changed duel rewards, but I decided to go on my natural walk and get what I get. Not more rushing to get the holy... that isn't there anymore. 

Anyway, there are new other features that are dropping bonds, like overlord. With the new overlord guardian, I find easy to achieve to get the double reward... so there is my lost holy. Plus I got another lucky one from Boon Fest.
