Plarium has become a joke !!!

These moderators according to Banshee useless, especially Katerina, since yesterday are nagging for a review.

fast alert? it had been more than 24h online since i first wrote support but ok, thats fast... why bother arguing ...

FIX GAME PLS do your job !!! today after cc started gameplay is absolute madness , i can not do 2 things at the same time, doing 1 raid and 1 elysian pos. and game become slow so i am loosing my gal. tricks...

and this is not all for almost a week there are bugs bugs and bugs and more bugs .... i realy do not know what hapened but it seems that your company Aristocrat cut wages .... then quit job and find another coz here you dont do it properly 

Hello Polinik. Be assured that the Mods always forward all the bugs and the game's malfunctionings to the right channels, plus the Players frustrations and concerns about the game we love. We are Spartan Players too and we know well what the players want and need. So, regarding your ingame issues, I test it right now, my skirmish is ongoing, elysian units to the Elysian positions, and regular units to persian positions, all at the same time, and I didn't miss a single galley trick from my raids no lags either. 

So, maybe you have to follow the usual troubleshooting as resetting the Cache, and if it won't help,  to uninstall and reinstall your Plarium  Play. If after the reinstallation you still have issues, please submit a ticket to the Support.

Katia dear thank you for answer , after all your guidance same old story ... maybe it is time for me to stop loosing my time here in forum and just focus on Sparta ?!

yavitz, thanks, how could I have forgotten to do that... in my over 20 years experience in gaming industry as player and also as a support agent in Spanish gaming platforms lol

We all know Plarium (and now this newbie mod that seems to be clueless) will always blame the "stupid and ignorant " players before recognizing there is an error...

About tickets to support lol takes lots of patience to write to them, takes ages to get responded with not helpful answers and days and days of trying to explain the problem and being dismissed as ignorant instead of saying we will look into it...

Only someone that has not ever tried to get something sorted with support will recommend them....

Hello, I don't know if my reply can help you, but a couple of times happened to me to have that message you posted as an image and it was due to some updating I had to do. Reinstalling the app help me to solve it.
