It is so frustrating. In almost 6 years of playing, no matter what happens, that has been only one answer I hear. Last time it cost me more than 40k Drachmas. I was promised "gifts" if I switch. Other players who did it simultaneously with me received tens of thousands of gifts. Not me.
Players are always responsible for whatever they do or not do. Why no reciprocity from Plarium?

This was brought up by several ppl recently and they get forum bans for it.
These issues, including the one about the promised 30 days of gifts that offered rewards worth 100's of thousands of drachma for installing the play app. They were brought up - and the topics locked. Anyone that speaks about it gets threats from the com manager or a ban.
The lucky got this advantage over others and forum staff refuse to alert support, or assist the rest of us in any way.
Their posts are erased for bringing up old topics they locked. (without an answer)

What is the value of the forum if it is not going to help me?
I see. Apparently that is the Plarium official position: those players who were put at a huge dusadvantage to compare to other players would never be accomodated. Sad.

1.- its deny everything and blame players for everything.
2.- if there is no other option, recognize there was a bug, but keep trying to blame anything else in the world before getting to that point.
3.- of course they are doing their best to find a solution to the bug they took days or weeks to recognize it existed.

That is why I stopped paying anything to them almost 6 years ago, even if it is 99% discount. I simply can't do it if people are mistreating me.
Still no word from anybody of the official position
