Could you please send me a screenshot of how it looks like on your side when you open a battle report? By the way, have you tried to reinstall Plarium Play? 

Sorry I took so long, didn't realise I had a reply.

These are screenshots from the game in full screen. If you look at the bottom & centre of the shots you will see that neither have the horizontal arrows to scroll to next page. As I said I have to come out of full screen & scroll down to see & use the arrows at the bottom.

Plarium Play has been installed multiple times.

The images were a Battle Report & the Sanctum of Asclepius both with the arrows off the bottom of the screen.

All the arrows are displayed correctly in my game. The screenshot is attached.

Please check the Settings of your screen resolution.

Changed the resolution down to 1280 x 720. Now the open window moves up and down within the full screen display. Not quite as sharp, but problem solved. Thank you Anastasia  :- )

 Bad news, even with the reduction in screen resolution I have found that there are still some windows that require me to come out of the games fullscreen setting to claim rewards or scroll sideways. If I reduce the resolution any more I lose about 1 inch of the top & bottom of the game screen & it makes the game unplayable. I'll just have to put up with it. For some reason the windows that open in the game are just too tall to fit in the game screen, or open too low down to allow sideways scrolling.

Much the same as my previous screenshots. Changing the resolution also makes the main screen more crowded, with icons covering or partially obscuring each other. If the windows were not quite so tall there would be no problem. I can't see how I could be the only player in the world with this problem. I appreciate you investigating this for me & am grateful you took the time to do it.
