I have the same problem, Plarium posted the event "summoning of the guardian" with delay and we lost the gain of the sacred links !!! this is just a scam so please rectify that.

hopefully they will resolve quick (in time) the problem caused by their error.

we are many with this problem and its not fair we pay for their msitakes

Moortee, as you can see time is running out, and No answer here or directly from support ,it is either as a collegue said, a scam (done on purposse) or inoperativity of the app with late and wrong actualizations (something that pass very very often, but it is not our mistake, its plarium bad operativity) 

now  its a matter of trust, how can we trusts plarium when they we have situations like this and we are left alone with no answer from support ...

logs of the players can be checked to prove that we are not liers, in the logs they can see how many bonds we open and when and deal this quick before it ends... we would not all come to complain about something if it was not true.

it seems moortee, that plarium dont want to recognise when they make mistakes or help to the people that come here with problems...

Everyday there are less and less real players ... and with this actions.... they speed the end of the game

Hello, Archons! I’m sorry to hear that some of you feel upset about the late appearance of these two events. I understand your frustration and have already forwarded players’ feedback to the responsible team. We will try our best to avoid such non-synchronous launches in the future.

The thing is that having the active x2 event doesn’t guarantee that there should be other events/tournaments for Guardians simultaneously. Not every event or tournament has a fixed day or time of launch. Some of them may be launched at any time and in any order.

If you would like to receive bonuses for summoning Bonds, I suggest you summon them only when you can see an active event at the Event tab in your account.

the fact that you answer 10 minutes before the end of the event show a lack of interest. and i am sure every single moderator and player can tell you that this events ALWAYS COME TOGUETHER  AND ALSO COME SYNCHRONISE. that makes your answer again a contradiction...

As usual,Plarium does not take responsibility and refuses to admit their mistake ... you are nothing but thieves and nothing else.

The total duration of these events was shorter this time. 

because  you had problems launching but it was synchonised the end as ALWAYS with the other event

can you tell me the exact timing of that event? 22.21.43 seconds? or something like that? to SYNCHRONISE the end with the one that you always put toguether, but not yesterday?

waiting to know the exact timing iof that event, as she knows it was shorter, i would love to know how short, and why the rest of times, it is synchronised.

This specific event turned out to be shorter than others due to several factors. We do understand where you are coming from and we have taken your feedback into account.
