Hello Archon.  Sorry for the late reply. I didn't get a notification for your post. Sometimes the players use a different combination for the Ovelords skirmish, so maybe it is why you are getting fewer point.  I'm a player too, but I didn't notice any changes in Overlords.  Usualy when we notice that the Overlords skirmish doesn't give us the points we expect, we should stop the skirmish, change to the guardians combination and try again. Keep in mind that when the Guardians' combination strikes the Overlords, it might trigger the critical strike option, which is why we get more points. Of course, we need upgraded guardians and a powerful headman under the  Overlords skirmish crown.  Every detail matters.
