Hello Archon. It is normal to get the same %. Eventualy, you will get what you desire; still, it needs effort. We all go through this . Check my sceenshot. Just now I tested in and got 3 times in a row this  12%. After a certain  % level, it is difficult to level  it up. As with all the features in the game, there is a rarity to be able to get them. Of course, you can always fill a ticket to  the Support, but for sure it is not a bug .

Nah... there is a bug. When you open 11 or more scrolls and get the same percentage, not more, not less, the same, something is wrong. And I'm not the only one experiencing it, apparently.

Hi, Archon! 😊👋🏻 As we mentioned earlier, the higher the percentage of the ascension bonus, the less common it is and the more challenging it is to obtain, so at this point, it does not appear to be a bug. I wish you the best of luck.

Archon, as I mentioned, no rebalance was done recently with this feature. Please, try clearing the cache in the Plarium Play by entering the Settings - System Preferences - Reset Cache. If this doesn't work, kindly forward your request to our tech support team here.

Yes, I have also been experiencing the same problem. It all began following a specific patch. Prior to then, the percentage would fluctuate significantly more frequently. There appears to be a potential issue with the code. 

Accumulate as many of them as possible and open them in a row for 6-7 times, you will get the maximum reward, do this on every item and you will be happy

And regarding the chat moderators, I see how Europeans write, and they get an answer almost immediately, but what about RU people? Even the community manager answers, and they forget about us, thanks for your integrity!!!
