Hello Robert. As far I know, the minimum of the required  Coalition Conflict points is 2000 and it applied automatically even if your hegemon chose 0 . It is only a game, that is based on true historical facts, but has nothing to do with the ancient Leonidas, as the ingame Leonidas is only a program . I don't understand what you mean by saying Balkans. I can assure you that there is no discriminations in the game. I don't understand either if you call a  program named Leonidas a  liar or your Hegemon. For sure, you cannot kick out your hegemon, or the Leonidas program 🙂.  Anyway, if you have doubts about how the game works, better  contact Support by clicking here

Archon, for more informations you have to contact the Support, and use the bug category.  It is not possible to remove the Leonidas program,  as the Leonidas program is the game and it is not in your coalition but it is the same for all the players and coalitions 🙂. Unfortunately, I cannot open your links as my  PC security program denies it. Please, next time post screenshots instead of links.
