Hello b98andrei. Yes, Vanesa is still a mod on the Forum and on the Community page, which is for ALL the Spartans, and not only for FB Spartans. So, it is not <that> Group but it is the Spartans Community page. Of course, there are rules in there too. The table that Vanesa posted, is from another Plarium game that's why it mentions hardware and not tools.
