There is a guy with many accounts. He has parked one of his accounts, a one person coa, next to my capital and many members of my coa. He raids and sends nasty messages, many many PA's all day long. This has been going on for almost 2 months now. He has nothing in his city for us to strike back at, never any troops out, no resources and he just sends you another nasty message if you do raid his city.

I have a very small coa, 28 members right now, but in the past 2 weeks 6 members have quit the game because of this constant harassment.  I asked my VIP agent for help, and he pretty much said nothing he can do, deal with it.

I have to admit, after 4 years enjoying the game, i'm thinking of quitting myself.
