Never seen anything like this...

What I've been seeing over the last couple of days about SWOE is something I never thought of watching in online games. Questionable updates, aimed only at squeezing more money from the users involved; modified features and suitably concealed by the developers, such as the now ex "free call" of troops within 50 seconds, now replaced by the need to use the paid function "Instant recall". Now another devious novelty, that I would like to bring to the ATTENTION OF ALL THE USERS of this community. In fact, I start to suspect that fake profiles get around on the forum whose purpose is to criticize the threads with which we intend to critically discuss the choices of the developers. These users, pretending to be common players, take part in your discussions in the first place to offend in a totally unjustified manner, using appropriate languages with the purpose of calling the moderators. Their purpose is to close the topic, in order to cut off any discussion or negative opinion on the game features. The example I was given tonight: you can see, in the "Game discussions" section, a thread created by me called "Elysian city is a tax!" (https://plarium.com/forum/en/sparta-war-of-empires/game-discussion/122889_the-elysian-city-is-a-tax-/?post=577668), In which obviously I disagreed with the choices made by Plarium about its last major update. The contents are visible to everyone. You will notice that a user named COEUS (which I invite everyone to avoid) takes part in the discussion, posting insults since his first comment. Insults totally unmotivated and to which I have NEVER answered. Coincidentally, a moderator intervenes immediately to recommend a civilized and polite language. After an innumerable series of insults, I present this to the moderator, asking to take action against the user. Result? THE THREAD IS CLOSED, without even leaving it to me and other users, who had politely taken part in the discussion, to continue to compare our opinions. This user, COEUS, whose origin is unknown, and whose time presents a UTC +8, which is the time zone of the Asian countries and the Australian continent is a petty and very rude user, and MUST BE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED! Be careful! And anyway the discourse on the news of Plarium, so incorrectly truncated, does not end here!

Coeus - interesting to hear you are from Denmark... I am as well.  I have noticed that most of my compatriots think that they need to use the F-word in order to sound like they are "true" English speakers.  I think it makes them sound immature and although we generally speak better English than our southern European neighbors we are far from perfect in our use of English.  I have been working in the US for an international company for over 30 years.  One thing that makes me cringe is when colleagues from Denmark come to the US for corporate meetings and start dropping the F-bomb in every other sentence. No other Europeans do this and Americans do not either. They sound like morons and they don't even realize how inappropriate it is.

My advice: Delete the F-word from your vocabulary and you will sound a lot less ignorant when you communicate with Americans. In fact people will be more likely to listen to you.

Regarding your post?

-Offensive language towards another person!

Not tolerated here.

The Forum rules allow any player to speak his/her mind with regard to opinion on game play. That means an even-keeled discussion without denigrating another person (see your above statement).

As for your comment of "most likely get banned"?

One can only hope!
