Hola al llegar a nivel 24 obtenemos un bonus del 2% a las unidades de ataque, llegando al nivel 25 se suma tambien un 2% a las unidades de defensa ( las unidades de ataque siguen igual con su 2% del nivel 24 ) y cuando llegamos al nivel 30 tenemos un bonus ACUMULADO del 5% tanto en ataque como en defensa ( del nivel 29 al nivel 30 solo se gana un 3% ).

Como no se trata de un bug lo muevo a game discussion.

As you can see clearly in the image it does not put + 2% but simply 2% so it is not a sum but simply what you have in each level (level 25 is 2% and level 28 is 2% and level 30 is 5%).
