Though if Plarium don't prohibit running several accounts, they make everything possible to restrict their activity. On the other hand, Facebook policies prohibit the use of multiple accounts. This is why they should be reported to their support team.

I'm sorry but at the moment, the use of multiple accounts is not prohibited on plarium.com as it's indicated on the article I attached in my previous post.

Clarification: I know that several have 2 or more cities, I am not against that, what I am against is that some of them attack you from 2 or more cities

As for the subject it is complex, as I have said sometimes and you very well point out there are players who share a computer and others who have several normal accounts. PLARIUM can not do anything if they do not transgress the rules and there is no complaint, as this is a war game each one seeks its strategy although some of a little "correct".
