This may be a sensitive subject to some but here goes:

Why do you punish those that coin by reducing frequency of special offers and reducing the "bonus" percentages of the standard offer packs?

You should have multiple themed offer packs as well at all times. No deadlines.  Offer packs should not be triggered by item usage either. They should just be readily available.  

I understand that you are trying to entice a non paying player with incredible bonuses and sometimes 9 running offers but to those that spends hundreds or thousands a month, it's always maybe max 4 and they are weak. 

I'd love to understand the logic of it all from a marketing prospective.
