I am not getting my +10 battles when my reports show that I should be getting them.
I know where to look, but they are not there. I have spent a lot of time and money already to try and keep up with all the coiners, I need every reward I can get.
Please respond asap as timing is of importance. I still have all my reports, but no rewards.
Its +10 energy - and they are added to your energy automatic - so you have already used them.
Even if your energy bar is full, it will still be there - I have had my energy say 110/100.
That is not correct. There is an indication above the energy counter that says "Recharge items available: " and then an amount.
If they were automatically added, then the reward would be rather useless or pointless to have if you had 90/100 energy. I have seen this myself on the first day they introduced the guardians but now they are not added to my total and now I should have 6-7 just in the past weekend of reports.

Yes there is a Recharge button. But those green things.. Is emeralds.
The +10 you win is Energy.
1 battle versus Warlords will cost you 10 energy. You have 100.
- so you win a battle and see the +10 energy, these goes automatic to your Energy bar, instant. Try observe it when you fight the Warlords. Look at your energy bar and every report you get for you to see this with your own eyes.
And why do I know that even if you have 100/100 energy it will actually still be added.. Because I had 10/100 and now I send the attack.. But I feel like I am not done with Warlords right now, so I spend 10 green emeralds to Recharge my Energy instant. Now I had 100/100 - But I also won +10 in that last battle. My Energy bar said 110/100.
It is correct - But I think you should look at it yourself. Simpy keep an eye on the energy bar and the reports every time until you trust me.

I have been saving these for when I have a xp boost to turn on, but now I cannot collect more than 3 for some reason. Even though my report I got 2 min ago says I should get one.
Here is the report I just got but no actual reward was given and considering the price of these things, I would want my rewards too. A lot of players I know are using the emeralds to recharge without knowing that they should be getting these "recharge" rewards. The report from 7:58 says "reward". I still want mine and if you can only store up 3, Plarium should say so somewhere. And I have read the guide.

COEUS is right. The energy is added properly.
The energy that you receive in rewards for the battles is added directly to the energy line.
The Energy recharge item is different, it restores the full line and can be purchased for Emeralds.
The reported case cannot be classified as a bug since this is a part of the regular gameplay. I have moved your topic to Game Discussion thread.
