You can think opposite Archon, but these are 2 only ways how you can get relics at the moment, I'm 100% sure.

Unfortunately, there is a bug on server 1 and 2. Players on these servers didn't receive Relics for the Levels they reached already :(

Hello :)

To use Relics and upgrade Units you need to complete other requirements as well. For example: https://www.screencast.com/t/1oALBM0zx
If you don't meet these requirements, you won't be able to upgrade Units to matter how many Relics you have.

Hello!

I never received my relics.

On the left hand-side of your screen where your resources are displayed you have the option to display  Other Resources  by using the arrows on top of the resources little box.

You may need to check if you already upgrade your army as this may use Relics.

If not please provide the details of your city and if Relics are missing they will be added to your account.
