Hello Archon,
Are you able to build but the constructions don't appear ? If yes, simply refresh your page and they will appear.
Are you sure you have unlocked "stymphalos" ?
A screenshot of the problem might help, here's how to create a bug report.

i have the same problem, enough drachmen, all styphalos lvl. and tower lvl. 5 and lvl. 4 no more ..... are not aktiv (grey button) to buy ....

Hi, from the screenshot I see that there was some problem, but I can't check if the issue persists now, because on both your accounts there are not enough drachmas. I also tested this functionality on other accounts and everything works well. Please try Standard Loading Troubleshoot and let me know if the issue persists.
