Plarium.com - Glorious Valley - Browser

I used 150 dominion points I had in my marketplace to cross the threshold into level 6.  I got the expected window saying I am at a new level, here's all the things you get, (including 24 hours activation starting now), etc.

Then I added another 150 dominion points, still in level 6. I have no idea whether that matters.

But a few minutes later I noticed my army strength was not higher and I look at dominion activation and it isn't on.

I do the usual workarounds for plarium bugs (browser refresh). I even switched between the plariumapp and the browser based. Nothing changed.

I lost my 24 hour activation.
