Current Lag issues

Edit - can one of the dev team raise this as a ticket and get it looked at and feedback to us all asap please?


Lots of unhappy customers :( 


ok I am getting LOTS Of reports of lag issues


can you please post here 


1) the platforum you are on 

2) the server you are experiencing it on 

3) your geographical location (country is fine) 


when we have a few replies will move this to the bug report forum to highlight it for the support/dev team 


ONLY post the above please, no spam, off topic or trolling posts to muddy the waters 


you are saying there are issues, I believe you so lets help the support team nail them down and resolve them

This is easy for a company to check because they can look at a sample of servers simultaneously and if some are loaded down and others are lightly loaded, you have crappy load balancing.

i usually start the divine missions event with over 50 missions right from scratch because of preloading missions, but last time has taken me well over 12 minutes just to collect them. raiding with the galley trick is nearly impossible now. sending units to the acropolis also takes almost 30 seconds, which can be deadly. ...


so you see we all losing patience. you should change something asap! it is not our fault! no money from me till this is fully fixed. why should i dive for pearls to feed ....?

galley trick  a pain to use it ..till  now three raids  lost and   two  instant recall bosts used ...with some luck maybe will finish in top three of raiding but will spent a lot more  then i gain :(

thats ok Tonaya, I know you are mainland europe and approximately which country you are, you are western EU not Eastern so a "country conflict" should be a deciding factor in your instance

why whe don't have  moderators from that server here   wich it's active

why don't plarium  employees don't work in week-ends and some problems occur like now  we have to wait till monday ??

Hi Agent Pavel, I am not experiencing it on the FB servers however multiple people from multiple regions are on the Plarium.com servers. As I get complaints I will add the details here if you want me to

As an update, our dev team made some tweaks that they hope will help with game performance. Please let us know if the issue has been resolved - don't forget to clear cache/reload the game as usual before testing, just to be certain.

Well, is no use complaining.. I for one going to rename my two cities on servers 1&2 to FARM and stop playing until the new engine is introduced.

I will be checking the forum from time to time, have fun you good people and I'll see you when I see you!!

gaming has not changed at all 

its exactly the same and unplayable

everytime i log in i get the notification saying ''error occurred'' ,everytime and i cannot loging for minutes...and everything is damn slow and not playable at all...honestly i lost interest of this game and am kinda done with it, dissapointing, i thought plarium is an international and globally wellknown platform with proffesionalism , well anyways


now i wanted to send my trained troops to acrop and i cant look what it shows https://prnt.sc/igyh6t

this game is gone...lags after lags and this is messed up

i have the same problems as the people above, and that MAIL BUG IS NOT FIXED...


guess it is time for something else, because you people obviously dont have a clue what are you doing here, and how to fix all the known issues...

i am very dissapointed,mad and very angry on plarium in general,and by names:

1.agent pavel administrator: doesnt even answer on msgs

2.andrew administrator,doesnt answer on msgs

3.cm dimitri:doesnt want to help and closing my "not to be offtopic" thread,so where should i type and ask questions and not to be offtopic as you claim i am,and you were banned me 4 times because i am offtopic

4.in all moderators,no one from plarium doesnt want to help when you ask for some help

5. few days,plarium workers,doesnt believe to 10 and more,the most active  players on forum,about terrible lag,like we have nothing better to do then to make up stories and lie about the lag

at the moment everything works fine here. hopefully this will stay that way the next weekend.

i would like to report that the game has got better now , 

or i'd say much better for me , so thankyou to the heads of the team for taking this into serious consideration , however even if one member complains please do take into consideration as well , because all do not visit the forum or may not even know about it , so i request not to wait for more complaints to come in , but thankyou very much for making the game better now , hopefully it stays this way!
